Information for Crane Faculty

Crane Complete Calendar
To view the Crane Complete Calendar (which lists events, CFA and Dept Meetings, held times for possible concerts, some off-campus events such as tours, etc.) you will need to add "cranecalendar" to your personal Outlook calendar. This is a pretty easy process, and instructions are available online.
- For Mac users: http://www.potsdam.edu/cts/services/office365/calendarsmac
- For PC users: http://www.potsdam.edu/cts/services/office365/calendarswin
- To access the Crane Complete Calendar in external programs, click here.
For information about faculty travel, student travel, and guest artists. Includes forms related to on-campus events as well.
For information on the process to create new temporary or permanent courses, or to make revisions to a program. Viewable from campus computers only.
Crane Forms (for Students and Faculty)
Click on "Textbooks" and "Faculty Adoption."
You can also email the bookstore directly (firstname.lastname@example.org). By law, students must be able to see what books they will need for a class when they register. If you are giving your students a syllabus with textbooks listed, the same list must be submitted to The College Store. Keep in mind that some financial aid allows student to purchase books at The College Store (and only there).
Brick and Mortar is used by some faculty as the source for music/scores when those are course texts. Keep in mind that the College Store needs to be informed of all required course books, including musical scores, even if you are working with Brick and Mortar Music Store as well.
