Open Climbing Wall Hours: (PDF)

Monday 8 - 10 p.m.
Tuesday 6 - 7:50 p.m.
Wednesday Closed
Thursday 6 - 7:50 p.m.
Friday 6:30 - 9:30 p.m.
Saturday 2 - 4 p.m.
Sunday 2 - 4 p.m.


The Climbing Wall will be closed on 3/9-3/18/12, 4/6-4/10/12 and 4/14 through the summer.

  • New to Climbing?  Want to try it?

    Free introduction to belaying workshop on Mondays at 8 p.m. (first come, first served)

  • Bouldering Cave (& climbing wall bottom)

    Always open and free for traversing.  Please sign in at the cave (under 18 requires adult supervision)

Climbing Wall Rates:


  • Students: Free admission & equipment with valid SUNY Potsdam ID 

  • Others: $5.00 admission, Harness rental $2.00, Shoe rental $3.00 

  • Semester Pass: $50.00 (for those without a valid SUNY Potsdam ID- contact the Climbing Director)
