II. Forms for ALL Accepted OUTGOING Study Abroad Students

Students who have been accepted into a SUNY Potsdam Study Abroad Program must complete and submit the following forms along with submitting a non-refundable $300.00 administrative fee confirming their place in the program. The non-refundable $300.00 administrative fee can either be paid by cash or check made payable to "PACES" (credit or debit cards cannot be accepted).

III. Additional Forms for NON SUNY-Potsdam Accepted OUTGOING Study Abroad Students

Accepted students who are not currently enrolled at SUNY Potsdam must also complete these additional forms:
