The Potsdam community is served by several major and local bus lines. Adirondack Trailways provides regular service through the North Country and to the Albany and New York City areas. In addition, Bernie Bus Tours, Inc. and Roethel Coach Lines, Inc. provide service to various towns throughout the North Country.

Renting a Car 

There are several car rental agencies in the Potsdam area. You should inquire about rental insurance, either through the agency or with your credit card company. Be sure to thoroughly review the rental contract and ask any questions you have before committing to the agreement. Once you have signed the contract you are locked into whatever is contained within it. Most rental agencies require you to be at least 25 years old to rent a vehicle.
