Benefits of the Program
Students admitted to the Presidential Scholar's Program receive the following benefits:
- Priority registration for course work each semester, in advance of other SUNY Potsdam students.
- Active support to form academic advising teams from within the SUNY Potsdam faculty and staff.
- An annual stipend of approximately $600 each year for approved project support.
- Advanced Honors graduation designation upon completion of program and INTD 450, Scholar as Citizen.
- Access and full use of the Honor's Lounge (Dunn Hall, third floor)
- Regular social events, including dinners, holiday parties, and receptions with faculty and the President of SUNY Potsdam
- Presidential Scholar designation on the diploma.
