Forms for students applying to the Presidential Scholars Program:

Application (PDF)

  • The application should be typed.
  • Fill out the Recommendation Letter Form (PDF); make sure this is included with the actual letter that your professor completes for you. 
  • Applications are due no later than Friday, October 18, 2013 (4 p.m.) to Bonnie Lawrence, Presidential Scholars Program, 309 Dunn Hall.
  • Applications will be reviewed by the Steering Committee. Selected applicants will be scheduled for interviews. Presidential scholars are chosen only in the Fall.

Forms for students accepted into the program:     

  • Funding Request Form (PDF)
  • Educational Plan Form (PDF)
    • Returning Scholars should meet with their Pres. Scholar Faculty Adviser and submit their plan as soon as possible in the fall semester but no later than Friday, October 18, 2013.
    • Bring two copies of your Educational Plan to your adviser.
