M.S. in Organizational Performance and Technology

Overview

The Master of Science degree program in Organizational Performance and Technology with a concentration in Organizational Leadership is designed for individuals who want to develop knowledge and skills in the area of management and leadership. Graduates of this program and individuals who are currently enrolled in this program are employed in a variety of management positions across the public and private sectors: higher education, small business ownership, instructional design, civilian positions with the U.S. Army on Fort Drum, municipal housing authority, health care administration.

Students may enroll in up to 9 credits a semester, Fall, Spring and Summer semesters, with a minimum 15 month course of study leading to program completion.

All instruction for courses is offered in a "blended" delivery technique, which combines face-to-face sessions with regular online internet-based instructional activities

Admission Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum Grade Point Average of 3.0 (A=4.0) in most recent 60 semester hours of undergraduate studies
  • Two letters of recommendation that speak to the applicant's leadership potential and readiness for graduate work
  • Completed Graduate Admission Application
