Outside/Private Scholarship Resources
- Private Scholarships are awarded by private organizations such as the Elks Club, church groups, unions, etc. Notification of private scholarships should be forwarded to the Financial Aid Office. Private Scholarships are considered financial aid awards and may reduce the amount students need to borrow.
- Outside Scholarships are posted on our website as the Financial Aid Office receives them or you can search on free websites such as Fastweb. Beware of any services that require payment. For information on scholarship scams, visit the Federal Trade Commissions Scholarship Scam page.
