Crane School of Music Marks 125 Years with Spring Festival Featuring World-Renowned Conductor Helmuth Rilling
Internationally acclaimed conductor Maestro Helmuth Rilling (The Dorothy Albrecht Gregory Visiting Conductor) will spend a week at SUNY Potsdam’s Crane School of Music for the 2011 Spring Festival, in celebration of Crane’s 125th anniversary. (Read More)
SUNY Potsdam Breaking Ground on $41M Performing Arts Building
The State University of New York at Potsdam celebrates the groundbreaking for its $41 million Performing Arts Building in a ceremony with members of the College community and elected officials. This is the first new academic building to be constructed on the SUNY Potsdam campus since 1973. The Performing Arts Building will feature 97,000 square feet of theater and dance space, supporting the College’s acclaimed Department of Theatre and Dance. (Read More)

SUNY Potsdam’s annual Learning and Research Fair provided opportunities to share the results of research projects completed by students and faculty. The event celebrated innovations in educational practices, creative efforts, scholarly achievements and developments in instructional and research support. Perry Sets NCAA Division III Softball Record
SUNY Potsdam sophomore Amanda Perry rewrote the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division III earlier this month, hitting home runs in four consecutive games over a two-day span at the Gene Cusic Classic in Ft. Myers, FL. (Read More)
