A Message from the Alumni Relations Office

Greetings From Your Alma Mater!

Take the Lead: The Campaign for Potsdam
To live, you must learn and to learn you must be given an opportunity to experience.

SUNY Potsdam recently announced its third and most ambitious campaign to-date to raise $27M by the College’s bicentennial in 2016.  With generous alumni and friends already committing more than $17.4M, we are well on our way to ensuring a continued legacy of tradition, innovation and creativity for a 3rd century.  Experience the excitement!

Have You Made Plans to Attend Reunion Weekend 2013?
If not, contact your classmates now to gather during July 11-14, 2013! The Registration form is available online, along with the complete Schedule of Events.  Registration materials were also included in the spring issue of Potsdam People which you should have received in your mailboxes.  Call your classmates now to make plans to attend a great fun-filled weekend.  Remember that summer in Potsdam is a great time of year to be in town, so make your reservations now!

Silent Auction Donations Wanted!
The SUNY Potsdam Alumni Board is seeking donated items for the Reunion Weekend Silent Auction.  Funds raised at the auction will be used to support Alumni Association initiatives.  Items donated may be considered tax deductible (as allowable by law).  To donate an item, contact the Office of Alumni Relations at alumni@potsdam.edu.

Just A Reminder…SUNY Potsdam Yearbooks are now Online
View your lost yearbook or take a peek at how the campus looked years ago by viewing yearbooks that span from 1897-2002!  A few years are missing during this time, but there are many to view at http://history.nnyln.net.

“Like” the New SUNY Potsdam Facebook Page!
We encourage all of our Facebook friends to “like” the new SUNY Potsdam Alumni Facebook Fan Page.  While we will temporarily continue to host the SUNY Potsdam Alumni Group on Facebook (the Group that everyone currently belongs to), we will eventually take it down and replace it with the SUNY Potsdam Alumni Fan Page.  A Fan Page allows us to connect with our alumni in more ways than a group page – we’ll now be able to provide you with photo galleries, YouTube videos and much more!  "Like" us online.
