Potsdam Pride

campaign logoSupport the Campaign with a Gift to the Annual Fund!
Did you know that pledges and gifts made to our student Phonathon callers all count in our $27 million Take the Lead Campaign?  It's true! The Annual Fund for Potsdam (the College's greatest needs) is one of our most important Campaign priorities and so far, $5.3 million has been raised for this priority alone!  On behalf of our students, thanks for taking our call!  Visit the Campaign website today!

When Passing Assets Along to Loved Ones Doesn't Pay
Some assets may be taxed at higher rates than others when passing them along to loved ones. To maximize the impact of your estate, be informed. Go online for more information.

The Modern Buzz
The Buzz (aka the Phonathon) has starting calling alumni using a new automated calling system. If you see SUNY Potsdam on your caller ID, please answer the call from one of our student workers. They are looking forward to telling you about what's happening on campus, and you can make your gift right over the phone, whether you want to mail it, do it on our secure website, or have a credit card processed that night.

Virtual Golf Classic

The 25th Annual SUNY Potsdam Scholarship Golf Classic was a bit of a wash out this year, with more than 3 feet of standing water in many places on the course at the Potsdam Country Club. However, it didn't dampen the spirit of the day, with $90,000 raised for scholarships this year. The Silent Auction that accompanies the Classic was postponed until October 25. An online listing will be set up, and anyone can bid on the fantastic items that have been donated. Go online starting on October 1.
