All classes meet in the Dance Studio on the 3rd Floor of Maxcy Hall.  Space is limited to first come/first serve.  Bring your student ID, water and a towel.


Class Descriptions:

Kickboxing with Tom:

Fast Paced dynamic activity to music utilizing blocks, punches and kicks providing the optimum in cardiovascular and interval workout. Aerobic exercise, free-standing heavy bags, low stance-work, wooden swords and ab-work with stretching.

CORE Sculpt with Heather / Tom:

How can so much “fun” be jammed into 60 minutes?  CORE/Sculpt will challenge your core in new and innovative ways each session.

Spinning with Page / Chelsea:

Spinning is a non-impact, indoor cycling class to music. The classes are taught on specially designed bikes that allow each participant to control their level of exertion, which makes this class ideal for beginners as well as those looking for a workout challenge.  

Bootcamp with Chelsea

An fun cardiovascular workout that uses a military based style of calisthenics to tone and strengthen your entire body. Free weights are optional.
