Fitness Classes

We understand that fitness is about more than just great equipment.  We offer a variety of classes as well as personal fitness services to meet the diverse needs of our students and campus community.

Our Fall and Spring group fitness classes are free to all students, campus community and Maxcy Hall Sport Club members.  Types of classes include but are not limited to:

  • Kickboxing

  • Zumba

  • Spinning

All classes are held in the Dance Studio on the 3rd Floor of Maxcy Hall.

Boot Camp (Beginning June 24)

High energy workouts offering a variety of movements and skill development designed daily to keep things FUN. Most all workouts will begin with a warm-up followed by dynamic stretching. All fitness levels are welcome! Bring a towel and water and get ready to work!
