Curtis Pierce starts his second season with the Bears after leading the 2009-10 team in points per game (13.9), field goal percentage (.624), offensive rebounds (68) and free throws made (68). He also averaged 6.4 rebounds per game.

Personal: Pierce, who hopes to be a computer tech in the future, lists his parents as influential people for “sacrificing many things for me.” His favorite class at SUNY Potsdam is Human Communication, and he enjoys being in the gym or hanging out with the team when not playing sports. Pierce enjoys the music of Stevie Wonder, and is a fan of the New York Yankees.
