Mike Arnold enters his first season with the Bears.

Personal: To have success on the ice this season, Arnold believes he needs to work hard off it, especially in the gym. He’s a fan of Steve Yzerman, the Detroit Red Wings, and Kenny Chesney. His favorite food is steak and he enjoys the TV show “Family Guy” and the film “The Departed”. Arnold says he’d be playing tennis if he wasn’t a hockey player. He lists having an undefeated regular season and playoffs at the Bantam level as his greatest sports accomplishment.
