Hunter Syrydiuk enters his third season with the Bears. The junior has one assist in 22 career games for Potsdam.

Personal: Syrydiuk is majoring in communications and hopes to play professional hockey after Potsdam. The junior believes that working on his foot speed is the key to improving as a player this season. He’s a fan of Chris Pronger, the Toronto Maple Leafs, and the music of Steve Aoki and Deadmau5. His favorite food is chicken parmesan and his favorite Web site is NHL.com. He enjoys watching the TV show “Cops” and his favorite movie is “Predator”. Syrydiuk says he’d play golf if he wasn’t a hockey player. His greatest sports accomplishment is playing against the Russian National Under-17 team and his greatest memory with the Bears is winning the Norwich Tournament.
