Morrisville-Potsdam Men's Hockey Preview

POTSDAM, NY- The men’s hockey team returns home for a crucial SUNYAC game against Morrisville this Friday night at 7 pm at Maxcy Hall Arena. The Bears are 8-10-2 (4-7-1 in SUNYAC). They defeated Cortland in their last game 3-2. Todd Hosmer leads the team in goals with 12. Connor Treacy leads in points with 31 and assists with 22 and is fourth in the conference in both categories. Morrisville is 5-13 overall (2-8 in SUNYAC). They lost to Geneseo in their last game 7-4. Rob Sgarbossa and Bobby Cass both have six goals to lead the team. Sgarbossa’s 17 points is a team high and is tied for the lead in assists with Andrew Allaire. The teams last met back on November 13 in Morrisville with the Mustangs prevailing in that game 5-3.
