Evan Smith enters his second year as a Bear after starting eight of 12 games he played in during the 2008 season, when he posted two wins and tallied 58 saves as a keeper.
Personal: Smith is majoring in geology with a minor in biology. His favorite food is French toast, while his top sports team is Chelsea FC. Smith admires his grandfather as an influential person in his life because of “everything he’s been through.” His favorite class at Potsdam is Volleyball, and he lists hanging out with friends as his greatest Potsdam memory so far.
