Shannon Dillabough - Head Coach
Shannon Dillabough enters his seventh season as head softball coach at SUNY Potsdam.
Dillabough is the first full-time softball coach at SUNY Potsdam, elevating the team's status among varsity programs at Potsdam.
Dillabough was previously named the adjunct softball head coach in 2005 after serving several years as the Bears assistant softball coach. He worked alongside former coach Steve Pike, who currently serves as the school's head volleyball coach, as they established the women’s softball program as an NCAA Division III varsity sport in 2001.
In addition to coaching softball at SUNY Potsdam, Dillabough teaches physical education. A 1991 SUNY Potsdam graduate and former store manager at Champs Sports, Dillabough has coached for many years with women's summer leagues and the Morristown High School JV team.
