Clarkson-Potsdam Women’s Basketball Preview

POTSDAM, NY- The women’s basketball team will host cross-town rival Clarkson in their home opener this Tuesday night at 6 pm at Jerry Welsh Gymnasium.

The Bears are 0-1 following their season opening loss at Utica. Cortney Poirier led the Bears with 20 points and 11 rebounds.

Clarkson was 6-19 last season. The teams played last year at Clarkson’s Alumni Gymansium with the Bears winning 71-51. Poirier had 17 points to lead Potsdam in the game
