Brandi Atwell enters her third season with the Bears. Atwell has a goal and six assists for seven points in 46 career games.

2009-10: Played in 24 games, assisting on one goal.

2008-09: Played in 22 games, scoring a goal and recording five assists for six points.

Personal: Atwell is majoring in literature and secondary education. To improve as a player, Atwell feels she needs to work on her slap shot this season. She’s a fan of Mike Fisher and his Ottawa Senators. Her favorite food is pizza and musician is Taylor Swift. Atwell’s favorite movie is “The Hangover”, Web site is Facebook, and she enjoys watching “Friday Night Lights”.  The junior says she’d being playing soccer if she wasn’t a hockey player. Her favorite class at Potsdam is History and her greatest memory with the Bears is winning the program’s first home game.
