Nadine Cunningham enters her second season with the Bears.
2009-10: Played in 20 games as a freshman, scoring three goals and recording an assists for four points.
Personal: Cunningham is majoring in music education and hopes become a high school orchestra teacher. This season she feels she needs to work on foot speed to improve as a player. She’s a fan of Alex Ovechkin and her favorite teams are Ovechkin’s Washington Capitals and the Boston Red Sox. Her favorite musician is David Gray and her favorite movie is “Pirates of the Caribbean.” Cunningham says she’d like to play field hockey if she wasn’t already playing ice hockey. The sophomore’s favorite class at Potsdam is the Crane Symphony Orchestra and her greatest Potsdam memory is scoring her first goal.
