Breanna Roy is back for her third season with the Bears. The junior played in 47 career games, tallying 15 goals and 22 assists for 37 points.

2009-10: Played in 24 games and was second on the team in scoring with nine goals and 12 assists for 21 points. Roy also scored four power-play goals and one game-winning goal.

2008-09: Played in all 23 games and led the team in scoring as a freshman with six goals and 10 assists for 16 points. Roy also led the team in game-winning goals with two and scored a power-play goal.

Personal: Roy is majoring in sociology and hopes to work with troubled youth after to school. To improve as a player, Roy feels she needs to work on her foot speed. She is a fan of the Ottawa Senators, Facebook, and Keith Urban. Her favorite meals include spaghetti or anything involving chicken. She enjoys watching “Gossip Girl” and her favorite movie is “How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days.” The junior says she’d be playing soccer if she wasn’t a member of the hockey team. Her greatest Potsdam memories are rallying from a 4-0 deficit to defeat Neumann and making the playoffs last season.
