Personal: Butz is majoring in early childhood education with a minor in geology. A member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) and the Geology Club, Butz aspires to “become the best teacher ever!” following graduation. She looks to “work at my weaknesses” to improve as a player, and lists her grandmother as an influential person in her life “for being such a strong person.
