Maribeth Simmons returns for her third season with the Potsdam women’s soccer team after starting 17 matches in 2009.

Personal: Simmons is majoring in math and education, and is also a member of the Potsdam women’s lacrosse team. She enjoys being outside and can be found “cuddled up with a book” when not playing sports. Simmons enjoys listening to music by Tom Petty, Dave Matthews Band and Lil’ Wayne. She hopes to improve her endurance to become a better player this season, and lists “Remember the Titans” as her top movie choice.
