NCAA Cross Country Regionals: Potsdam men and women wrap up season


The SUNY Potsdam men's and women's cross country teams wrapped up their fall season at the NCAA Division III
Atlantic Regional Cross Country Championships at Letchworth State Park in Geneseo on Saturday.
For the Potsdam men, sophomore Brandon Bobik had the top time of 29:42.5.  He was followed by junior Joseph Rafter (30.31.3), junior Adam Lang (31:59.3) and freshman Ryan Sullivan (32:34.9).

SUNY Cortland placed first and also earned individual medalist honors with junior Nick Marcantonio's time of 25:03.5 in the eight-kilometer race.

On the women's side, RPI senior Grace Tilton earned individual medalist honors by clocking in at 21:07.0 for the six-kilometer race.  NYU edged out St. Lawrence 97-103 to win the women's team championship.

Potsdam was led by sophomore Hannah Groshner, who crossed the finish line at 25:19.6.  Sophomore Olivia Rehm was next at 26:15.9 and followed by senior Kinga Kanezura (29:54.1) and sophomore Carissa Cuccia (30.04.5).
