Sponsored by Anaconda Sports®, we invite you to join us for a first class event to be held in beautiful Northern New York at SUNY Potsdam and Clarkson University. Our previous events were a huge success and we anticipate a full field this year.
Entry Fee – $385 per team (payable in U.S. funds)
Entry fee does not include housing cost.
Each team is guaranteed four games. Boys and girls divisions will be organized by the following age groups: 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, and 17. In addition, A & B levels in each age division will be established to allow teams of similar caliber to compete against each other. We will attempt to form A & B pools of five teams for each age group. If possible, each team will play all the respective teams in their pool.
Reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis as the entry fees arrive. Scheduling information will be sent out after the respective camp deadlines. Players’ ages as of January 1, 2009, should be used as a guideline for entries. Please submit one entry form for each team entered.
Invitations are being mailed to various Northeastern states in the U.S. and to the Ontario and Québec provinces of Canada. It is our expectation to have several Canadian teams in each age group.
To register, please complete the Team Application form and Housing Request form if you require campus housing. The full entry fee of $385 is due with your registration, along with an additional deposit to secure housing reservations. We accept payment via cash, check or money order (payable to SUNY Potsdam in U.S. funds), and credit card (MasterCard and Visa accepted). Online registration is available via our secure registration page. To register by mail, complete paper registration forms and mail them to the address below. You may also register by phone at (315) 267-2167 or fax forms to (315) 267-3350.
A complete listing of official rules and regulations will follow upon completion of registration. We will make every effort to provide a top quality event by limiting the number of teams, providing highly capable timers and scorers and utilizing only certified referees.
