VNC Help for Windows
- To enable the Ultr@VNC server, click the Start menu, Programs, UltraVNC, Run Ultr@VNC SERVER icon as in the below example.
- Once the service is started, you'll notice an icon resembling an eye in your Service Tray. If you hover your mouse arrow over the icon, your computer's IP Address will be shown as in the example below. The CTS Staff Member helping you will need these numbers to connect to your computer.
- When the CTS Staff Member is finished helping you, you may Right+Click on the Ultr@VNC icon and choose Close VNC to disable connections to your computer.
