Information for Cross-Registered Students

Cross-registered students should contact or visit the CTS Help Desk in Kellas Hall for assistance with their SUNY Potsdam CCA (Campus Computer Account). 

Contact the Help Desk at helpdesk@potsdam.edu or call (315) 267-2083 (x2083 on campus).

Once your CCA has been established, you will be able to login to Blackboard to access the course(s) you have cross-registered for, providing your instructor(s) is/are using Blackboard. 

If you find that your course(s) is/are not listed for you in Blackboard, ask your instructor to enroll you in their course site. You may also contact the bbsupport@potsdam.edu to request enrollment. 

 

Note to Faculty - To enroll a cross-registered student into your Bb course shell: 

  1. Enter the Control Panel
  2. Click Enroll User
  3. Search by username and select the student
  4.  Click Submit.
