Meeting Maker Calendar

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT:

The campus will begin using SOGo as our official calendar utility effective Monday, January 21, 2013, replacing Meeting Maker.  SOGo is to be used for all personal scheduling that was previously done with Meeting Maker.

Meeting Maker offers the following features

  • Desktop clients for both Macintosh and Windows operating systems.  
  • A web based client for use when you are off-site.
  • Synchronization with palmOne based hand helds.  
  • Share your calendar with others and let others view/edit yours using "proxies."  
  • Schedule Meetings with other users of Meeting Maker and accept meetings from them.  
  • Configurable options to pop-up reminders for events.  
  • Built-in "To-Do" lists.  
  • Built-in "Address Book".

If you are already a Meeting Maker user and require assistance, on-line help for server settings and hand-held synchronization is available in the right hand menu.
