Sharing a Calendar

To share your calendar with another user:

  1. Navigate to the Calendar’s module.
  2. Right click on the calendar you wish to share:
  3. Select “Share Calendar”.
  4. Enter the email address of the person with whom you want to share your calendar.
  5. Now right-click on your calendar again and select “Permissions”.  You will see a list of people and be able to change the permissions they have (or don’t have) to your calendar.
