Advisory committees represent a bridge to the external public and in certain circumstances, can be an effective way to help SUNY Potsdam connect with alumni, friends and the North Country community.
Chartered by the New York State Board of Regents in 1970, the Associated Colleges of the St. Lawrence Valley is an independent not-for-profit educational consortium with four members: Clarkson University, SUNY Canton, SUNY Potsdam and St. Lawrence University.

Helios is the name of our central storage server. Every member of the campus community has his or her own personal storage space to do with as they choose. Information can be shared electronically via the Helios server and accessed from home. The link below details more features.
The Campus Calendar is a web based client that assists with scheduling appointments; sharing your calendar with others, using pop-up reminders for events; utilizing a "To Do" list as well as a built in address book.
Parking isn't always a nightmare! SUNY Potsdam's University Police work hard to ensure that the process of registering your vehicle and the daily task of parking on campus is easy to do.
Photo services will be used for external communications as deemed necessary by the Media Relations Manager or other members of the Office of Public Affairs. These would include, but are not limited to, photos for news releases and general publicity, external college publications and placement on the College's Web site. The Office of Public Affairs will pay for the cost of photo services for these purposes.
The Racquette is SUNY Potsdam's on-campus paper, run and managed by students, and is devoted to keeping students, faculty, and staff informed with current events and news.
