Fine Dining at Thatcher Hall
Nineteen students enjoyed a delicious meal served by PACES catering staff at the Business Etiquette and Dining Skills Seminar sponsored by the Collegiate Science and Technology Entry Program (CSTEP), TRiO Student Support Services (SSS) and Teacher Opportunity Corps (TOC).
Christine Lancaster, certified etiquette and protocol consultant, and Diana Fisher, past director of SSS and TOC, provided participants with a wealth of valuable information on business and dining etiquette to prepare everyone for personal and professional success.Their tips were designed to help students feel comfortable and confident in interviews, business meetings, and business-related social settings.With special instruction on international dining "dos and don'ts," participants left better prepared to interact in today's global business world.
