The New York State Employee Assistance Program, EAP, is a confidential assessment and referral service for New York State government employees and their family members who may need assistance with personal problems or concerns that may be affecting their work performance or overall well-being. Currently on our campus, there are two EAP coordinators, Toby White and Ada Santaferra, who are here to assist employees any way they can, as well as an EAP committee. Every month a new EAP Frontline Newsletter is distributed to employees, which discusses various topics of interest.
This month's March Newsletter (PDF) covers topics ranging from "Spring Break Alcohol Abuse" to "Any Risk Using E-Cigarettes?".
