Updating your SUNY Directory Listing

Faculty members are encouraged to review the accuracy of their directory listing and to submit biographical information for the online directory. Faculty biographies may include, but are not limited to, the following information:

  • Degrees and Institutions
  • Awards and Accolades
  • Published works, Creative works
  • Research Expertise
  • Fellowships and Grants
  • Professional background and points of distinction

If you do not currently have a CV or need assistance with creating one, you should contact CTS at or call x2083. Each faculty member is responsible for updating and maintaining their own CV.

In order to update your title in the online directory, all title changes must first be verified with the department head/chair and then e-mailed to All requests for office location or telephone number changes should be sent to Telcom at or x3000.
