Take the Lead: The Campaign for Potsdam
After announcing its Third Century Challenge in March 2015, the Take the Lead Campaign has surpassed its overall fundraising goal of $32 million.
But we're not finished and we still need you! Help us achieve all three of our Third Century Challenge goals.
Challenge Goal #1: Increase overall goal to $32 million. CHECK!
We did it! $32.6 million has been raised to date. How far can we go between now and June?
Challenge Goal #2: Gain 2,016 new donors by June 30, 2016 (the end of the Campaign)
Since we announced the Third Century Challenge in March 2015, 1,336 new donors have made a gift to the campaign. With 680 to go... will you be counted?
Challenge Goal #3: Increase unrestricted giving. CHECK!
$8 million has been committed. These dollars are for current use by the College and are among the most critical raised. Additionally, the College is proud to announce that its only completely unrestricted endowment, the Third Century Endowment, now exceeds $100,000. Thank you to all who gave to this special fund which will generate unrestricted dollars for the College each and every year.
Don't miss this chance to give back to Potsdam, to be a part of the campaign and most importantly, to change a life with your gift. The campaign will conclude on June 30, 2016, so there's still plenty of time to impact students and shape Potsdam's third century.
That's right, we turn 200 this year and we can't think of a better way to say "Happy Birthday," than with a gift to Potsdam!
