According to the Chancellor’s Guidelines for Naming Opportunities on Campuses of the State University of New York, all facility-naming opportunities are subject to approval by the SUNY Potsdam College Council and, in some cases, the State University of New York Board of Trustees.

Payment schedules for the naming pledges will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis. At least 50 percent of the donor’s pledge must be received before a naming request is forwarded to the College Council or the State University of New York. In general, pledges must be paid over a period of up to five years.

For a complete list of naming opportunities or for more information, please contact John Wicke, Director of Strategic Alliances, at wickejm@potsdam.edu.
