Once again audiences can experience Stauss’s comic masterpiece of love and intrigue in 18th century Vienna, Sunday Feb. 21, at 1 p.m. at Potsdam’s Roxy Theater. SUNY Potsdam’s Crane School of Music alumna, Renée Fleming, stars as the aristocratic Marschallin.
Audiences are invited to have the full experience through Potsdam's First Crush Bistro with an exclusive, one-of- a-kind meal for opera-goers that morning. First Crush doors open at 11 a.m. Restaurant walk-ins will be accepted, but it is best to make reservations with the CPS Box Office by the Friday before to ensure that you have a seat.
Ticket prices for live and encore performances are $18 for adults, $15 for seniors, $12 for students and $9 for youth (under the age of 18). Tickets are available at the CPS Box Office in person in the Sara M. Snell Music Theater Lobby, by phone at (315) 267-2277 or online at www.cpspotsdam.org or in person at Northern Music & Video or The Roxy Theater, both located in downtown Potsdam.
