Omicron Delta Kappa to induct newest members

The SUNY Potsdam Circle of Omicron Delta Kappa, the National Leadership Honor Society, will induct 37 new faculty, junior, senior and graduate student members on Sunday, Dec. 6.

They have been selected on the basis of academic scholarship and leadership in athletics; campus or community service, social and religion activities and campus government; journalism speech and the mass media; and creative and performing arts.

The SUNY Potsdam faculty members who will be inducted this year are:

Omicron Delta Kappa has chapters at upward of 350 colleges around the United States. The SUNY Potsdam Circle was chartered in 2001 as the 274th chapter in the United States, the ninth in New York state and the fourth in the State University of New York System.

Founded in 1816, SUNY Potsdam is a four-year liberal arts college nestled on the outskirts of the Adirondack Park. Among the 64 units of The State University of New York system, SUNY Potsdam has the longest history and currently enrolls approximately 4,350 undergraduate and graduate students.
