SUNY Potsdam Athletics looking for leaves to rake

Most of us enjoy the beauty of the fall season, with its warm, tender and rich color. The days surround us with beauty and comfort from the calming breeze to the magnificent colors.
However, once the last of this colorful loveliness has fallen from the trees, autumn brings that blanketing orange and brown mess upon your lawn.
The SUNY Potsdam Department of Athletics is accepting up to 35 site requests for those in need of having their leaves raked for the fall. The community-wide leaf-raking project will take place on Sunday, Oct. 25, at 10 a.m. in the Village of Potsdam.
Sites will fill up quickly. Please contact Lauren Bruce at (315) 267-2322 to sign up or obtain additional information.
