Robert Bachman, Professor of Chemistry and Director of Undergraduate Research, has a research interest in environmental and inorganic chemistry and currently serves as a Councilor in the Division of Chemistry of the Council on Undergraduate Research (CUR). He will examine successful strategies that promote undergraduate research initiatives across an institution, with particular emphasis on activities that are infused into traditional curriculum as well as academic disciplines other than the sciences.
