Lady Grey, by Will Eno, is the narrative of a woman's far less than perfect life. The events that she elaborates on, in an almost therapeutic manner, are what she believes to be caused by some sort of ironic butterfly affect. Working almost backwards through her own life's timeline, her most hidden secret, the initial cause, is finally revealed through gritted teeth.
