Day at the Races!
When:  Saturday, August 7, 2010
              Gates open at 10:30 am, first race post time at 1 pm

Cost:  $50 per person - price includes a Buffet Lunch (noon-3 pm), Clubhouse Admission, and Post Parade Program

Group seating is reserved for us in The Carousel.  Neat casual attire (Bermuda shorts are not acceptable in the Clubhouse)

Breakfast At Saratoga
A Saratoga “tradition” of each race day is the early morning breakfast from 7-9:30 am on the porch of the historic Clubhouse.  Watch the horses work out, and listen to expert commentary.  After breakfast, enjoy a free tram and working tour of the stable area.  Cost for adults- $14.95 and children- $7.95 (not including tax and gratuity).  This event is a first come, first serve event there is no registration.

The National Museum of Racing and Hall of Fame offers 2 morning tours before the races begin for only $10! 
The Oklahoma Training Tour promptly begins at 8:30 am.   This is a walking tour (approximately  1½ miles) –comfortable walking shoes, cameras allowed but no flash, no video cameras or umbrellas allowed.  Due to insurance limitations, no children under the age of ten are allowed on this tour.  Meet in the parking lot behind the museum.

The Museum Tour will follow at 10 am.  “As one of America’s oldest sports, Thoroughbred Racing has a long and rich history.  To tell the story of the sport, the National Museum of Racing and Hall of Fame relies on a renowned equine art collection, stunning trophies, beautiful silks, and Thoroughbred memorabilia.”

Registration for museum tours is important as they provide tour guides.  Please include this with your registration!
