Kyla M. Esguerra, Associate Director of the Office of Undergraduate Research at the University of Wisconsin—Milwaukee, administers a suite of campus programs designed to engage first and second year students in undergraduate research, including the Lab Rats Living Learning Community, the Undergraduate Research @UWM Summer Research Program for incoming students and the Undergraduate Research Opportunity Program. She also serves as a Councilor in the Undergraduate Research Program Director Division of Council on Undergraduate Research (CUR).
