The SUNY Potsdam Department of Theatre and Dance is proud to present its fall mainstage production, “The Servant of Two Masters (Louise, Trans.).” Written in 1746, Carlo Goldoni’s classic play is one of the great commedia dell’arte works of the late Italian Renaissance.

SUNY Potsdam Chemistry Professor's Research Shows Potentially Damaging Effects of Anti-Malaria Drug


Recent research by SUNY Potsdam Associate Professor of Chemistry Dr. Fadi Bou-Abdallah and two colleagues has pointed to potential damaging effects in one of the most prescribed anti-malaria drugs. A paper they recently published in ChemMedChem showed investigated the side effects of one of the most commonly prescribed medicines to fight malaria.

Community Performance Series Welcomes Nicholas Capozzoli for the 17th Annual Ranlett Organ Recital


Community Performance Series will welcome organist Nicholas Capozzoli for the 17th annual Ranlett Organ Recital, on Sunday, Oct. 23 at 3 p.m., in the Helen M. Hosmer Concert Hall at SUNY Potsdam’s Crane School of Music. He will also lead a free organ encounter the day before the concert, on Saturday, Oct. 22, also at 3 p.m. in Hosmer Hall.
