SUNY Potsdam will soon be home to a newly revitalized St. Lawrence Leadership Institute, thanks to a partnership with the St. Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce. To celebrate the relaunch of this initiative, the College is hosting a networking reception on Tuesday, March 28, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Sergi’s Italian Restaurant Pizzeria & Banquet Hall in Potsdam.
SUNY Potsdam is proud to host the American College Dance Association’s New England Conference from March 23-26, 2017 in the College’s Performing Arts Center. The conference will serve as a celebration of dance in higher education through a variety of scheduled events.
A powerful new play, “Prisoners of Hope,” by J. Allen Fitz-Gerald will be presented at SUNY Potsdam’s Performing Arts Center on Sunday, April 9 at 7 p.m.
Due to continued inclement weather, SUNY Potsdam is cancelling all evening classes (classes that begin after 4 p.m.) on Wednesday, March 15. This includes classes hosted at the Watertown Extension Center.
Lehrer Dance Kicks off American College Dance Association’s New England Conference at SUNY Potsdam
The St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office and the Office of Emergency Services have announced a travel advisory which is currently in effect for all of St. Lawrence County until 11 a.m., March 15. For this reason, SUNY Potsdam is cancelling daytime classes (beginning before 4 p.m.) for Wednesday, March 15.
Amy Conger, executive chef for Potsdam Auxiliary College Educational Services (PACES), won a silver medal at the Northeast Regional National Association of College and University Food Services Culinary Chef Competition in Groton, Conn., on March 12.
