POTSDAM, N.Y.- The SUNY Potsdam golf team opened the season at the two day St. Lawrence Invitational this weekend. The Bears took 6th place in the 12 team tournament. New York University won the team competition and SUNY Canton's Nolan Reid took first in the individual. Bears' senior Kevin Siegel ended the day third overall with a combined score of 149.

POTSDAM, N.Y.- The SUNY Potsdam golf team finished second at the SUNY Canton Invite on Friday afternoon. The Roos captured the team title with a combined score of 297 and Alex Folt was the individual medalist with a 73. The Bears "A" team recorded a score of 318, while their "B" finished fourth (332).
OSWEGO, N.Y.—The SUNY Potsdam men's and women's cross country teams were sixth and seventh, respectively at the Don Masterson and Pat Peterson Invitationals hosted by Oswego State on Saturday morning. SUNY Geneseo won both the men's and women's races.
PLATTSBURGH, N.Y.—The SUNY Potsdam men's and women's cross country teams each ran to fourth place finishes at the SUNY Plattsburgh Cardinal Classic on Saturday morning. Both the St. Lawrence men's and women's teams won the competition.

The Bears fell behind early in set one before falling 25-15. The Hawks fought off Potsdam in set two 25-21 before rallying for a 25-19 win in set three to close out the win.
