The Office of Campus Life is collecting event information for the Spring 2018 semester to be included in the SUNY Potsdam Weekly (SPW) wall calendar, which will be posted across campus and distributed to students, faculty, and staff at the start of the spring semester. In addition, all events will be included in the other forms of SPW (tabletents, fliers, website) throughout the Spring 2018 semester.
The deadline for submissions is 4 p.m. on Friday, November 17, 2017. Our goal is to include as many events as possible and we would greatly appreciate your submission. Please forward any submissions including event title, date, time, and location via email to justinve@potsdam.edu.
In addition to submitting events for our macro pieces, you can also submit for our weekly publications at any point during the semester. Event information is due by noon on Wednesday the week prior to the event. Events can be submitted by emailing us at spw@potsdam.edu.
