Purpose

The Teacher/Leader Quality Partnerships (TLQP) program at SUNY Potsdam strives to improve the academic success of students by enhancing teaching quality and effectiveness at the PreK – 12 level.

Mission

To provide ongoing, research-based professional development to pre-service and inservice teachers, as well as administrators and paraprofessionals, serving our high needs partner districts designed to promote reflective teaching and continuous improvement.

Vision

To create student-centered learning communities that achieve high academic success through enhanced communications, positive youth development strategies, and teamwork.
