Contract and Tax Withholding Forms for Hiring Students
- To hire a student for either a student assistantship or work study position these forms need to be completed:
- Student Assistant Contract
- Federal Work Study Contract
- IT 2104 NYS Withholding
- IT 2104 E Certificate for Exemption of Withholding
- I-9 ((Must be completed no later than 3 days after appointment)
Time sheet schedules
Student Asst: Bi-weekly schedule of dates worked, due dates for time sheets and payroll dates
- Work Study: Bi-weekly schedule of dates worked, due dates for time sheets and payroll dates
- Actual time sheets are available in the Office of Human Resources, Fed WS fills out Yellow time sheets and Student Asst fills out green time sheets.
